The Park

I guess this is also the first time I've only just posted about a drinks place (as opposed to food). But a drink is always more than just a drink...

The Park

We came across this place called the park. It also has a restaurant available, but they have a separate bar section. Apart from the bar, there was also a nice lovely seating area (although quite small - literally only space for 2 tables), we were lucky enough to get one of them.

What was even better on a nice chilly night, was an open fireplace. Although the owls guarded the flames, enough warmth was radiated out around =)

Pretty in Pink

Friend opted for the pretty in pink. This just gives me so many great memories of pink things... This was chamomile infused vokda, strawberry puree and some lime to top it off.

Sangria

We also got a pitcher of sangria... well, what was left of it anyway =)
Probably not the best sangria, but it would do for the price paid in a nice drinks place. Did find pouring it out to get to the fruit quite hard unfortunately... Definitely a great place to have a nice few quiet drinks with friends, as there's no loud music going off in the background. You can actually talk without having to scream across to the person next to you.
