In the middle of covent garden's apple market lies hola paella. Two massively sized pans cooking seafood paella with never-ending lines. The smell runs through the whole area!

All the more fun watching them set up a new pan of paella right in front of your eyes.

Sizing comes in three different plates and I opted for the medium. It's a reasonable sized portion (maybe on the pricier side?). Really nice flavours, but there was the hint of unevenness in the cooking. All of which is expected when you consider the size of the pan they're going through. The only down side was sitting on the ground with all the seagulls trying to take some of it off you!
